Responsibilities:

1. In combination with business development and user needs, formulate operation plans for each link of the product to enhance user activity.

2. Mining new growth points for products, finding problems and outputting targeted operation and product strategies.

3. Focus on user experience, put forward operational requirements, monitor product data, analyze product operation effects, and promote repeated calculation and optimization of products and operations.

4. Have data driven thinking, be able to mine and analyze user needs through product evaluation or demand feedback, data analysis, etc., and support product managers to improve products.

5. Work closely with the market and operation teams to complete product promotion and operation.

Job requirements:

1. Key bachelor degree or above, and more than one year of relevant work experience in product operation or user growth; Excellent fresh students can also.

2. Be familiar with the whole process of product operation, including demand analysis, function positioning, user perception and user behavior data analysis.
